POLICY STATEMENT

Graduation Requirements for Faith-Based Professional Skills Competency Programs (Content and Duration Varies per Competency)

In order to graduate with a Faith-Based Professional Skills Competency, learners must complete all assigned work and assessments in the Competency.
Learner must achieve an 80% on all assessments in order to earn the Competency.
No graduation application is required.

Graduation Requirements for the Associate of Biblical Studies (60 Hr ABS)

In order to graduate with the 60 Hr Associate of Arts in Applied Faith, learners must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours at Agathon UAF with a total of 60 hours within the General Ed Core, the Transformative Learning Core, and the Transformative Leadership Core.
Learners must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.

Graduation Requirements for the Associate of Arts in Applied Faith (60 Hr AA)

In order to graduate with the 60 Hr Associate of Arts in Applied Faith, learners must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours at Agathon UAF with a total of 60 hours within the General Ed Core, the Transformative Learning Core, and the Transformative Leadership Core.
Learners must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.

Graduation Requirements for the Bachelor of Biblical Education (120 Hr BBE)

Agathon UAF’s Bachelor of Biblical Studies (120 Hours) can be achieved with 60 Hours beyond the 60 Hr Associate of Arts in Applied Faith or Associate of Biblical Studies.

In order to graduate with the 120 Hr BBE, learners must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours at Agathon UAF with a total of 120 hours within the General Ed Core, the Transformative Learning Core, and the Transformative Leadership Core.
Learners must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.

Graduation Requirements for the Master of Arts in Applied Faith (30 Hr MA)

In order to graduate with the 30 HR MA in Applied Faith, learners must complete a minimum of 15 credit hours at Agathon UAF with a total of 30 hours within the Interdisciplinary Theory and Research Core, the Transformative Learning Core, and the Transformative Leadership Core.
Learners must complete the Capstone.
Learners must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Graduation Requirements for the Master of Arts in Faith Applied to Science (36 Hr MA)

In order to graduate with the 36 HR MA in Faith Applied to Science, learners must complete a minimum of 18 credit hours at Agathon UAF with a total of 36 hours within the Interdisciplinary Theory and Research Core and the Faith Applied to Science Core.
Learners must complete the Capstone.
Learners must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Graduation Requirements for the Master of Divinity (72 Hr MDiv)

In order to graduate with the 72 HR Master of Divinity, learners must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours at Agathon UAF with a total of 72 hours within the Interdisciplinary Theory and Research Core, the Biblical Learning Core, and the Biblical Leadership Core, the Biblical Language and Literature Core, and the Biblical Ministry Core.
Learners must complete the Thesis.
Learners must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Graduation Requirements for the Doctor of Ministry in Applied Faith (45 Hr DMin)

In order to graduate with the 60 Hr Doctor of Ministry in Applied Faith, learners must complete a minimum of 24 credit hours at Agathon UAF with a total of 39 hours within the Interdisciplinary Theory and Research Core, the Transformative Learning Core, and the Transformative Leadership Core.
Learner must complete and successfully defend the Dissertation (6-hour Dissertation Core)
Learners must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Learners must complete the graduation application.

Graduation Requirements for the Doctor of Education in Applied Faith (60 Hr EdD)

In order to graduate with the 60 Hr Doctor of Education in Applied Faith, learners must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours at Agathon UAF with a total of 51 hours within the Interdisciplinary Theory and Research Core, the Transformative Learning Core, and the Transformative Leadership Core.
Learner must complete and successfully defend the Dissertation (9-hour Dissertation Core)
Learners must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Learners must complete the graduation application.

Graduation Requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Exegesis and Praxis (60 Hr PhD)

In order to graduate with the 60 Hr Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Exegesis and Praxis, learners must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours at Agathon UAF with a total of 51 hours within the Interdisciplinary Theory and Research Core, the Biblical Exegesis Core, and the Biblical Praxis Core.
Learner must complete and successfully defend the Dissertation (9-hour Dissertation Core)
Learners must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Learners must complete the graduation application.
